We provide a free design and consultation service and will provide you with a no obligation quote for any of our products. Our advisers can attend at your property during the day or in the evening (Monday - Thursday only). How long should an appointment take?

Average consultation times are around 30-45 minutes but this will vary depending upon the type and number of products you’re interested in. If for example, you’re looking for blinds for an entire conservatory, your appointment will take longer. If you need a simple Roller blind for a bathroom, it will be much quicker.

Can I cancel or change the time of an appointment?

I’ve given you my phone number as part of the initial consultation process. Should I choose not to go ahead with a purchase, will I continue to receive telephone calls that I don’t want?

Your phone number is only used in the event of a problem prior to visiting. We don’t use or keep telephone numbers for telesales purposes.

I’ve been shopping around and wondered whether you had a price promise?

Do you provide a fitting and installation service?

Once we’ve met with you to discuss your blind requirements, our friendly and expert fitters will attend at your home, at a mutually convenient time, to install your blinds at no extra cost to you.

After I’ve ordered my blinds, how long will it take to have them fitted?

We’ll do this as soon as possible after an order is placed and will confirm a mutually convenient date and time when our fitters will come to your home.

How do I measure my windows?

Our fitters can do this for you, however these are the steps you should take:

  • you’ll need a good quality steel tape measure, a spirit level and a steady hand

  • it’s advisable to make time to do this without any distraction

  • you’ll need a paper and pen to note down the measurements and useful to have a second person help you

  • remember to always measure the opening at the point of the window where the shutter frame will be installed

  • measure in three places: left, centre and right

  • record the smallest or tightest inside measurement in inches

  • repeat the same process when measuring height.
