We provide a free design and consultation service and will provide you with a no obligation quote for any of our products. Our advisers can attend at your property during the day or in the evening (Monday - Thursday only). Click on ‘Book A Home Visit’ and leave your details and a brief message for us and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
If I’m booking an appointment how long am I likely to wait for an adviser to come and see me at home?
We’ll arrange for an adviser to visit you in your home at a time that is convenient for you. We aim to do this shortly after you book your appointment but this may depend on your location and adviser availability. There is no charge for this consultation.
How long should an appointment take?
Average consultation times are around 30-45 minutes but this will vary depending upon the type and number of products you are interested in. If for example, you’re looking for blinds for an entire conservatory, your appointment will take longer. If you need a simple Roller blind for a bathroom, it will be much quicker.
Can I cancel or change the time of an appointment?

I’ve given you my phone number as part of the initial consultation process. Should I choose not to go ahead with a purchase, will I continue to receive telephone calls that I don’t want?
Your phone number is only used in the event of a problem prior to visiting. We don’t use telephone numbers for telesales purposes.
I’ve been shopping around and wondered whether you had a price promise?

Do you provide a fitting and installation service?
Once we’ve met with you to discuss your requirements, our friendly and expert fitters will attend at your home, at a mutually convenient time, to install your blinds at no extra cost to you.
After I’ve ordered my blinds, how long will it take to have them fitted?
We’ll do this as soon as possible after an order is placed and will confirm a mutually convenient date and time when our fitters will come to your home.
I’m a bit confused by the range and choice of blind types, fabrics and colours and I’m not sure what’s best for my home. Can you help me?
Our advisers will work closely with you to select the most appropriate style of blinds, fabrics and colours, based on our discussion at your home.
I have a young family and I’m looking for blinds that will block out as much light as possible, as my kids go to bed at 8 pm. Do you have any specific product or advice you can give me?

I want to measure my windows, but I’m not sure how best to approach this?
There are a few practical steps you can take to help. You’ll need a good quality steel tape measure, a spirit level a steady hand and no particular distractions. A second person should help you by noting down the measurements, and these should be measured in three places, left centre and right for both width and height. Our experts can of course do this for you.
